Green Chilli Pickle

Ingredients

Green chilies 125 gm (finely sliced)

Mustard oil 1 cup

Lemons 3
-
Fenugreek seeds 4

Onion seeds 1 tsp
-
Turmeric powder ½ tbsp

Salt to taste
Cooking Directions

In a wok, add mustard oil and fenugreek seeds and cook.
-
Now add sliced green chilies, turmeric powder, onion seeds, white cumin and salt and cook for nearly 5 minutes.
-
Let the mix come to normal temperature and add lemon juice.
-
Green Chilies Pickle is ready to serve.
