Well tenderized meat in tomatoes, yogurt and spices is so much tasty dish. It's goes with naan or chapaties as main dish of your lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Beef with bones 1 kg

Yogurt 250 gm

Tomato ½ kg (juliennes)

Onion 2 (chopped)

Green chilies 4

Turmeric 1 tsp
-
Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Chili flakes 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
-
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
-
Whole cumin 1 tbsp

Garam masala powder 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves ½ bunch

Lemon juice 2 tbsp
-
Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Oil 1 cup

Cooking Directions

Boil veal/beef and keep a side with stock.

Heat oil in a pan and fry diced onion till brown.
-
Now add ginger garlic paste whole coriander, chili flakes, whole cumin, coriander powder salt and turmeric stir and fry.
-
Then add boiled meat with stock bring boil then add tomatoes, whipped yogurt mix all and cook uncovered till all spices combined and tomatoes tender.

When water dries add lemon juice, black pepper, garam masala, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.

Masala gosht is ready dish out and serve with naan.
