Masala Gosht

Well tenderized meat in tomatoes, yogurt and spices is so much tasty dish. It's goes with naan or chapaties as main dish of your lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beef with bones 1 kg

  • Yogurt 250 gm

  • Tomato ½ kg (juliennes)

  • Onion 2 (chopped)

  • Green chilies 4

  • Turmeric 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • Chili flakes 1 tbsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp

  • Whole cumin 1 tbsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  • Boil veal/beef and keep a side with stock.

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry diced onion till brown.

  • Now add ginger garlic paste whole coriander, chili flakes, whole cumin, coriander powder salt and turmeric stir and fry.

  • Then add boiled meat with stock bring boil then add tomatoes, whipped yogurt mix all and cook uncovered till all spices combined and tomatoes tender.

  • When water dries add lemon juice, black pepper, garam masala, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.

  • Masala gosht is ready dish out and serve with naan.
