Ingredients
-
Raw mangoes 1 kg (sliced in 8)

Salt 4 tbsp

Turmeric powder 2 tbsp
-
Vinegar 1 ½ cup

Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
-
Red chilli flakes 2 tbsp
-
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
-
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
-
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
-
Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
-
Carom seeds ½ tsp
-
Mustard oil 3 cups
Cooking Directions

Take a bowl and add the sliced mangoes in it.

Then add salt and turmeric powder and mix them properly.

Take a pan and add vinegar, ½ cup of water, and mangoes.
-
Cover and cook till the mangoes become tender and water dries up.

Take them out in a mixing bowl.

In a separate pan take mustard oil, cumin seeds, red chilli flakes, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds,
-
fenugreek seeds, carom seeds and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add this mixture to the mangoes and mix properly.

Allow the mixture to cool and pour into a jar.
