Khaoosa is Barmi dish. It's very tasty to eat and have different taste and flavors with normal ingredients .

Ingredients

  • Noodles 1 pkt

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • For Curry:

  • Chick pea flour 2 tbsp

  • Water 2 cups

  • Yogurt 3 tbsp

  • Coconut Powder 2 tbsp

  • Green chilies 2 fine chopped

  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp fine chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • For Chicken

  • Chicken Cubes 1/2 kg

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • All spices powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Coal for smoke

  • For Serving

  • Green chilies 4 - 5 fine thin chopped

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup fine chopped

  • Red chili Flakes 2 tbsp

  • Lemon 2 (cut in 4 pieces)

  • Crush Red lays or Red slims chips

Cooking Directions

  • Boil noodles, strain water and add 2 tbsp oil on it.

  • Take a pan add water and mix chickpea flour properly.

  • Now add all Curry ingredients in it and cook until its become thick sauce.

  • In a pan mix all ingredients of chicken and cook.

  • when chicken got done smoke it.

  • Separately fry Green chilies and Red chili flakes.

  • To serve this recipe dish out each thing separately.

  • To eat take small bowl first put some noodles, then cooked chicken, curry, fried green chilies, fried red chili flakes, coriander, crushed lays and squeeze lemon on it.

  • And serve.
