Chicken and mutton handi are very popular. Now make handi with beef, the recipe is shared by Chef Rida Aftab. Easy to make and delicious to eat.

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken: 1/2 kg (cut in cubes)

Salt: 1 tsp
-
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
-
Ginger/Garlic Paste: 1 tsp each
-
Fresh Cream: 1/2 cup
-
Almond Paste: 2 tbsp
-
Coconut Powder: 2 tbsp
-
All Spice Powder: 1 tbsp
-
Tomato Paste: 1 tomato
-
Butter or Oil: 2 tbsp
-
Oil: 2 tbsp

Curd: 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

Heat butter or oil.

Add tomato paste and ginger garlic paste.

Add chicken cubes.
-
Add seasoning items i.e. salt and red chilli powder.
-
Cover pan and cook for 10 minutes.
-
Open lid, add curd, fresh cream, almond paste, coconut powder and all spices.
-
Steam cook (dam) for 10 minutes.
-
Delicious chicken makhani is ready to serve.

Enjoy with hot naan.
