Capsicum 1

Cucumber 1

beetroot 1

Carrots 2

Red chili whole 2-3

Sugar 2 cup

White vinegar 2 cup

Ginger 1 inch piece

Spring onion 3-4
-
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
-
Take a pan and put sugar, white vinegar, salt to taste and 1 ½ cup of water and cook till the sugar dissolves.
-
Remove from flame and allow to cool.
-
Now chop carrots, cucumber, red chili whole, capsicum, spring onions, beetroot, inch piece of ginger and onions.
-
In a saucepan boil water on a high flame and add all the vegetables and cook them for 4-5 minutes.
-
Strain the water.
-
Now put all the vegetables in a jar.
-
Pour two cups of the sugar mixture and close the jar tightly.
