Ingredients

  • Falsa 1 kg

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil ½ cup

  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp heaped

  • Red pepper 1 tsp heaped (crushed)

  • Turmeric ½ tsp

  • Onion seeds 1 tsp

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp (heaped)

Cooking Directions

  • Wash falsa well, In a plastic bowl add falsa, sugar and salt, covered and leave it for overnight in the fridge.

  • Mix together oil, mustard seeds, red pepper, turmeric, onion seeds and fennel seeds.

  • Add to the falsa, mix well and pour in sterilized bottles.

  • Use after 2 days.
