Ingredients

Water (luke warm) 1/4 cup

Yeast 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp
-
Plain flour 2 cup
-
Salt according to taste

Oil 2 tbsp
-
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
-
Yogurt 2 tbsp
-
Sesame seeds as needed

Cooking Directions
-
Take luke warm water, add yeast and sugar in it.

Leave them for a while.

Now take plain flour and add salt and oil in it.
-
Also add baking powder, yogurt and yeast mixture in it.
-
Knead the mixture well and put it aside for half an hour.
-
Make bread shapes with rolling pin.
-
Make small random depression with finger tips.
-
Sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
-
Put in oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
