Ingredients

Yogurt 500g
-
Soya 1 tbsp
-
Fresh mint leaves 1 tbsp
-
Red chili flakes ½ tsp
-
Salt to taste

Olive oil as required

Cooking Directions
-
Put yogurt in a strainer and drain excess water.
-
Add strained yogurt in a bowl.
-
Put in soya, fresh mint, red chili flakes and salt.
-
Get balls from the flavored strained yogurt with ice cream spoon and put in a serving plate.
-
Pour over olive oil, cover and refrigerate.
-
Serve with crackers or bread.
