Flavored Yogurt

Ingredients

  • Yogurt 500g

  • Soya 1 tbsp

  • Fresh mint leaves 1 tbsp

  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil as required

Cooking Directions

  • Put yogurt in a strainer and drain excess water.

  • Add strained yogurt in a bowl.

  • Put in soya, fresh mint, red chili flakes and salt.

  • Get balls from the flavored strained yogurt with ice cream spoon and put in a serving plate.

  • Pour over olive oil, cover and refrigerate.

  • Serve with crackers or bread.
