Ingredients

  • Raw mangoes 2

  • Lemon 4

  • Carrot 2

  • Green chili 10

  • Water 1 cup

  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Turmeric 2 tsp

  • Ginger 1 tbsp

  • Garlic clove 10

  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp

  • Coriander 1 tsp (roasted and grounded)

  • Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp (roasted and grounded)

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp (roasted and grounded)

  • Vinegar 1 cup

  • Oil 1 cup

 

Cooking Directions

  • Cut the raw mango, lemon, carrot and green chilies.

  • Boil all vegetables in water with red chilies, salt, turmeric, chopped ginger, garlic cloves, whole black pepper, coriander, fenugreek and cumin.

  • When they are boiled then turn off the stove.

  • After that pour oil and vinegar mix it well then fill it into jar.
