Raw mangoes 2

Lemon 4

Carrot 2

Green chili 10

Water 1 cup

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Salt 2 tsp

Turmeric 2 tsp

Ginger 1 tbsp

Garlic clove 10

Whole black pepper 1 tsp

Coriander 1 tsp (roasted and grounded)

Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp (roasted and grounded)

Cumin seeds 1 tsp (roasted and grounded)

Vinegar 1 cup

Oil 1 cup
Cooking Directions
-
Cut the raw mango, lemon, carrot and green chilies.

Boil all vegetables in water with red chilies, salt, turmeric, chopped ginger, garlic cloves, whole black pepper, coriander, fenugreek and cumin.

When they are boiled then turn off the stove.

After that pour oil and vinegar mix it well then fill it into jar.
