Ingredients

Cucumbers 2 (peeled and thinly sliced)

Onion 1 small (peeled and thinly sliced)

Tomatoes 3 small (thinly sliced)

Dressing:
-
Low-fat sour cream 1/3 cup
-
Dijon mustard ¼ tsp
-
White vinegar 2 tsp
-
Milk 2 tbsp
-
Sugar 1 tsp
-
Parsley 2 tsp (chopped)
-
Fresh dill (soya) 2 tbsp (chopped)

Black pepper ¼ tsp
-
Salt to taste

Cooking Directions
-
Add the cucumbers, onions and tomatoes in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss.
-
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
