Chicken Malai Boti is a popular dish from the Pakistani bbq cuisine and no menu is complete without it. Chicken Malai Boti recipe’s name reflects the nature of its ingredients as “Malai” (cream) is a key component 

Ingredients

  • Chicken Boneless (cube cutting) 1/2 kg

  • Salt as per taste

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Green Chili 4 pieces

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup

  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup

  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp

  • Cream 3 tbsp

  • Cooking Oil 1 ½ tbsp

Cooking Directions

  • Make paste of Coriander, Mint leaves and green chilies.

  • In a bowl, add that green paste, chicken cubes, yogurt, salt, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice, green chili, black pepper powder, cumin powder, cooking oil and mix it well.

  • Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

  • Cook until yogurt water got dry.

  • Turn off flame and add cream.

  • when cream got dry smoke it with coal.

  • If u want to BBQ or Grill it then add cream with all ingredients.

  • Your tasty Malai Boti now ready to serve.
