Ingredients

Chicken Boneless (cube cutting) 1/2 kg

Salt as per taste

Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Yogurt 1 cup
-
Green Chili 4 pieces
-
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
-
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
-
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
-
Cream 3 tbsp
-
Cooking Oil 1 ½ tbsp

Cooking Directions

Make paste of Coriander, Mint leaves and green chilies.

In a bowl, add that green paste, chicken cubes, yogurt, salt, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice, green chili, black pepper powder, cumin powder, cooking oil and mix it well.

Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

Cook until yogurt water got dry.

Turn off flame and add cream.

when cream got dry smoke it with coal.

If u want to BBQ or Grill it then add cream with all ingredients.
