French Toast

Rich French toast recipe for all you will love it with cheesy and creamy frosting. Must enjoy in your breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Eggs 6

  • Milk 1 ½ cups (skimmed)

  • White sugar 2 tbsp

  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp

  • French bread 1 loaf (3/4 inch slices)

  • Butter ¼ cup or as required

  • For Frosting:

  • Cream cheese 1 cup (fat-free, softened)

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

  • Sour cream 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  • In a bowl mix eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon until combine well.

  • Heat 1 tbsp butter on a griddle.

  • Dip one by one bread slices into egg mixture and place over griddle to cook from both sides, about 4 minutes per side.

  • Use 1 tbsp butter each time to fry bread.

  • For Frosting: In the mean while mix cream cheese, sugar and sour cream until smooth.

  • Place French toast in serving plate and top with frosting.
