A popular street food (chaat) Dahi Papdi Chaat is a tasty and quick snack to make. The best part about chaat snacks is that in one bite you get to taste so many different flavours

Ingredients

Ready Phulkiya 1 bowl
-
Yogurt 1kg
-
Sugar half kg (or to taste)

Dahi phulki chaat masala (you can chat masala
recipe in "Homemade Spices")

Cooking Directions

Soak phulkiyan in normal water for 3 -4 hours.

When its become fluffy and large strain water.
-
In a big bowl Whisk yogurt well (don't add water).
-
Now add sugar and mix it until dissolve.
-
Add soaked phulkiya in yogurt mixture sprinkle chaat masala on it.
-
Keep it in fridge for 1 hour to get cool.
-
serve chilled.
