A popular street food (chaat) Dahi Papdi Chaat is a tasty and quick snack to make. The best part about chaat snacks is that in one bite you get to taste so many different flavours

Ingredients

  • Ready Phulkiya 1 bowl

  • Yogurt 1kg

  • Sugar half kg (or to taste)

  • Dahi phulki chaat masala (you can chat masala 

        recipe in "Homemade Spices")

Cooking Directions

  • Soak phulkiyan in normal water for 3 -4 hours.

  • When its become fluffy and large strain water.

  • In a big bowl Whisk yogurt well (don't add water).

  • Now add sugar and mix it until dissolve.

  • Add soaked phulkiya in yogurt mixture sprinkle chaat masala on it.

  • Keep it in fridge for 1 hour to get cool.

  • serve chilled.
