Ingredients

1 kg Mutton chanp
-
1/2 cup Oil
-
200 gm Onion
-
1 TSP White cumin
-
1 TSP Garlic (chop)
-
1 TSP Ginger (chop)

Salt (As Needed)

1 TSP Turmeric powder
-
1 & 1/2 TBSP Crushed red pepper
-
2 TBSP Green pepper (chopped)
-
1 Black pepper
-
1 TBSP White cumin Powder
-
250 gm Tomatoes
-
1/2 Cup Yogurt
-
2 Cups Hot water
-
1 TBSP Nut powder
-
2 TBSP Brown onion (Chopped)

Ginger, Green Chili, Green Coriander, Tomatoes (Garnishing)

Cooking Directions

In a pan add oil, onion and white cumin and fry till it gets lite brown.

Then add garlic and ginger and cook till it turns into lite brown.

Now add mutton chanp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add salt, turmeric, red pepper powder, green chili, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato, yogurt and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now add hot water and leave it for Dum (steam)until it tender.

Then add coconut powder and brown onions.Then add garnish.

Your tasty chanp masala is ready.
