Ingredients
-
Baby potatoes 1 & 1/2 kg (pealed & boiled
-
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
-
Jaggery (Gurr) 1/2 cup
-
Salt 1 tsp
-
Ginger powder 1 tsp
-
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
-
Coriander seeds 2 tsp (crushed)
-
Cumin seeds 2 tsp (crushed)
-
Green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
-
Fresh coriander 3 tbsp
-
Oil 1/3 cup
-
Water 1 cup

Cooking Directions
-
Heat oil add the boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander crushed, cumin crushed mix and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, on low to medium flame.

Then add tamarind pulp, jaggery, ginger powder, water mix wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on medium flame till the water dries.

Now add fresh coriander, green chilli.

Serve with puri paratha as a chat or starter.
