Barbecue Ribs

This recipe is really special to me because its Light yet Tasteful Meal, Less use of Oil & Spices, Because Ribs itself contains lots of Taste & Bundle of Flavors

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless ribs, 

  • 2 Teaspoons Salt, 

  • 1 medium onion, chopped 

  • 1 cup plain yogurt 

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juIce 

  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste 

  • 1 tsp chili powder 

  • 1 tbsp Curry powder 

  • 1 tablespoon sTeak sauce 

  • 1 Teaspoon ground pepper 

  • 1 Teaspoon minced Garlic 

  • Garnish: chopped fresh Parsley

Cooking Directions

  • Mix the Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, Chilli Powder, Curry Powder, Steak Sauce, Barbeque sauce, Pepper, Salt, Garlic in bowl & Mix well. 

  • Place ribs on a large sheet, and rub on all sides with this Mixture. Pour sauce over ribs to coat. Seal ribs in the foil. Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight. 

  • Preheat grill for high heat or you may cook over coal. 

  • Place ribs in foil on the grill grate, and cook 1 hour. Remove ribs from foil, and place directly on the grill grate. 

  • Continue cooking 30 minutes, basting frequently with the sauce, until ribs are done. 

  • When you feel that Ribs are completely Cooked then Take Off & Garnish fresh parsley. 

  • Serve Hot & Spicy Classic BBQ Ribs with Rice or Plain & Enjoy the Classic Meal.
