This recipe is really special to me because its Light yet Tasteful Meal, Less use of Oil & Spices, Because Ribs itself contains lots of Taste & Bundle of Flavors

Ingredients

4 boneless ribs,
-
2 Teaspoons Salt,
-
1 medium onion, chopped
-
1 cup plain yogurt
-
1/2 cup Lemon juIce
-
2 tbsp Tomato paste
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
1 tbsp Curry powder
-
1 tablespoon sTeak sauce
-
1 Teaspoon ground pepper
-
1 Teaspoon minced Garlic
-
Garnish: chopped fresh Parsley

Cooking Directions

Mix the Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, Chilli Powder, Curry Powder, Steak Sauce, Barbeque sauce, Pepper, Salt, Garlic in bowl & Mix well.

Place ribs on a large sheet, and rub on all sides with this Mixture. Pour sauce over ribs to coat. Seal ribs in the foil. Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.

Preheat grill for high heat or you may cook over coal.

Place ribs in foil on the grill grate, and cook 1 hour. Remove ribs from foil, and place directly on the grill grate.

Continue cooking 30 minutes, basting frequently with the sauce, until ribs are done.

When you feel that Ribs are completely Cooked then Take Off & Garnish fresh parsley.

Serve Hot & Spicy Classic BBQ Ribs with Rice or Plain & Enjoy the Classic Meal.
