A filling breakfast salad with macaroni, peas, cabbage, carrot and apple. For a wonderful taste cream is added. A quick, tasty and healthy meal. This exotic salad can be used as a dessert or for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Macaroni ½ cup

  • Noodles 2 packets

  • Peas ½ cup (boiled)

  • Apple 2 (cubed)

  • Cabbage ½ cup (rough chopped)

  • Carrot 2 (grated)

  • Cream 2 packets

  • Salt and black pepper as required

  • Olive Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  • Boil macaroni in water with salt and 1 tbsp oil.

  • Drain water and set a side.

  • In same way, make noodles by adding test maker.

  • Take a serving bowl mix together peas, apple, cabbage, carrot, macaroni, noodles and fresh cream.

  • Add salt and black pepper; toss salad.

  • Keep in fridge and serve chill.
